• Affidavits of Life for Claims of Pension

This document is presented before the pertaining authority which demonstrates proof of present life (the individual is in fact still living).

The individual fills out a form which we can send via email or fax upon request, he/she fills it out, we notarize it and apostille it before the Department of State so that it may be legal and ready for the authority of the Country in question.

There are Two (2) types of forms to choose from, which is in your best interest:

1. Without a power of attorney - Allows the Entity which pays your Pension, to deposit the amount
   directly into your Bank account.
   
   
2. With a power of attorney - so a Person of your Choice may claim your Pension.
   
   *Note*
   Please be advised that if the countries where these documents are being presented are not part
   of the 1961 Convention of The Hague, then they should be certified and taken to the Consulate
   of the country in question.
