  The authorization for a minor to travel outside the country internationally is a document in which the parent or guardian who DOES NOT travel with the child, authorizes the Immigration authorities within the foreign country to allow the minor to fly outside that specific territory.

Purpose of this document:
Is a form of Airport Security in order to prevent kidnapping, abandoned children, lost children or human trafficking and the like.

These permits should be Notarized and Apostilled or Certified by the country where the parent who did NOT fly with the child is located and presented at the country where the minor is found or going to.
