Every student who plans to study abroad should request his/her official transcript and diploma.
The Official transcripts should be Notarized and Apostille.
The Diploma should be presented so that it may be Notarized as a true copy of the original and then Apostilled.
The documents can then be presented to the education authority in the country where the student plans to study.
* Please be advised that if the countries where these documents are being presented are not part of the 1961 Convention of the Hague, then they should be Certified and taken to the Consulate of the country in question.
